If you want to improve your health, start with these five key indicators of metabolic health.

  • Waist Circumference

  • Triglycerides

The DHS: A simple approach to better metabolic health

The Tranont Daily Health System combines three key elements for success: targeted supplements, proper nutrition, and simple daily exercise. It provides a clear, easy-to-follow plan to guide you toward a healthier lifestyle.

THE PRODUCTS

Why are Activate and Transform a powerful combo?

Transform and Activate work together to support a healthy metabolism and improve. metabolic function.

Transform contains a novel enzyme blend that turns sugar from food into fiber. This process helps regulate glucose levels, which leads to less sugar cravings, more sustainable energy, and improved health.

Activate has powerful botanicals like hibiscus, lemon verbena, and blood orange extract that help the body burn fat for energy, reduce cravings, and improve appetite control.

Think of it this way: Transform turns sugar into fiber, and Activate burns sugar for energy. For optimal results, take Transform before your most carb-heavy meal/s of the day, and drink Activate with 12-16 oz of water before breakfast or lunch, depending on when you typically experience more cravings for sweets or treats!

THE DAILY GUIDE

This is your journey to improved health. Adapt these tips to guide your progress, fuel your success, and form lasting, sustainable habits.

Fuel your body right

Eat a balanced diet by integrating a blend of lean protein, healthy fats, and complex carbohydrates into each meal. For breakfast, this could be two scrambled eggs with avocado, whole-grain toast, and a side of fruit. For lunch or dinner, this might be grilled chicken, a side of vegetables (like carrots, peppers, or asparagus), and a salad (preferably spinach, arugula, or kale). The more colorful your meal, the better.

  • Lean protein: Meat, poultry, fish, legumes, and dairy (greek yogurt, cheese, milk)
  • Healthy fats: Nuts, seeds, and healthy oils
  • Complex carbs: Vegetables, fruits, and whole grains

Limit processed foods, sugary drinks, and late-night snacking: Food is fuel. But too much “fuel” gets stored away as fat. Give your body time to digest by spacing out meals (around 4 hours apart). The less you snack throughout the day—and the longer you can extend between meals—the more your body will use fat reserves for fuel.

Stay hydrated: Water is essential for digestion, weight management, and overall health. Aim for half your body weight in ounces of water daily.

Move your body: Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise each day. This helps burn calories, boost metabolism, and keep your body healthy. In addition, be sure to break up long periods of sitting or standing with some movement. Walk to 1get water, park at the end of the parking lot, stretch—a little movement goes a long way

Get your mind right: Practice daily mindfulness—meditation, yoga, mindful breathing—at least 15 minutes daily. Not only is this good for your mental well-being, it’s also a good way to stay on task, reduce the mental clutter, and be more intentional throughout the day.

Prioritize rest: Get 6-9 hours of quality sleep each night. Giving your body sufficient time to rest and recover helps improve mood, cognitive function, immunity, daily energy, metabolism, and more! Want to make better, healthier decisions during the day? Try focusing more on your success at night.
